The Pintharuka Cemetery was opened on the 26th February 1932.
It should be noted that all of the burials in the Pintharuka cemetery took place before the site had official status, but as it was later gazetted they are shown as burials in an official site.
There is a brass memorial plaque mounted on a stone at the site, listing the names of the buried.
Only three graves are marked and only one has a headstone to identify the occupant.
